What treatments are included in the flat-rate pricing?

Flat-rate pricing applies to tattoo removal, vascular lesions, pigmented lesions and nail fungus treatments based on treatment area size.

Why are large areas and hair removal custom quoted?

Large areas and hair removal can vary significantly by area size, density, treatment time and number of sessions, so they require a custom assessment.

How are before/after results added?

Before/after gallery cases can be added, hidden, shown or deleted from Admin. Each case uses one combined before/after image to keep the public Before & After page clean.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Laser response depends on many factors including skin type, treatment area, ink or lesion characteristics, previous treatments and aftercare. The gallery is for education and examples only.

How are partner details handled?

Partner details and performance information are handled privately through Admin and are not published as public rankings.

Why are public rankings shown using nicknames?

To protect the privacy of participating clinics, providers, injectors and referral partners. Public leaderboards display partner-selected nicknames or system-generated aliases only and never reveal real identities.

Are the statistics and rankings real?

Yes. Internal performance records are managed privately in Admin. Public pages focus on general program information rather than public financial or performance claims.

Are injectables included in the partner network?

Yes. The Injectable Partner Network supports clinic partners with licensed RPN injector coverage, Medical Director oversight, medical directives, clinical governance, treatment-day workflow and private partner revenue tracking.

Why are partner names shown as nicknames?

Nicknames protect partner privacy and reduce competitive poaching. Public pages do not display real clinic names, provider names, injector names, cities, emails or identifying business details.

Are the public numbers real?

Yes. Public pages are informational only. Internal activity, eligibility, paid status and partner records are managed privately in Admin.

Who can see real partner information?

Only authorized Admin users can access real partner details. Public visitors and other partners see only nicknames, aliases and aggregate performance indicators.

Are devices Health Canada licensed / MDL where applicable?
Laser Skin Academy can help partners understand Health Canada / MDL-related documentation where applicable. Device approval, intended use, licensing and compliance must be verified before clinical use in Canada.

Can devices be shipped internationally?

What is a rent-to-own or machine placement option?
Rent-to-own or placement means a device may be provided to an approved partner location under written terms instead of full upfront purchase. Approval depends on business history, treatment demand, location, insurance, maintenance responsibility and ability to return the device in working condition if the agreement is not eligible.

How does lease-to-own work?
Lease-to-own is designed for partners who want to start generating treatment revenue while moving toward ownership over time. Deposit, monthly terms, service responsibility and final ownership details are confirmed privately before agreement.

Do I need experience before buying or placing a device?
Experience is helpful, but training support and online certification pathways are available. Some treatments require appropriate clinical oversight, scope-of-practice review, insurance and local regulatory compliance before launch.
