Laser Skin Academy provides online education, course access, and related training support. This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed.

Online course access

Because online course materials may include digital access, downloadable content, certificates, and educational resources, refund eligibility depends on whether access has been issued, course materials have been used, or a certificate has been generated.

Refund requests

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to laserskinacademynetwork@gmail.com with the learner name, course name, payment details, and reason for the request.

Review process

Requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds, if applicable, are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Non-refundable items

• Completed courses after certificate issuance.
• Digital access that has been substantially used.
• Printed certificates or mailed materials after dispatch.
• Consultation services already delivered.
